Welcome to the APT(S) Membership Application

 

Your APT(S) Membership is a 4 step process.

1. Please review the membership credentials and membership categories and criteria prior to completing this form. Please note if the membership application form is submitted with the incorrect level of membership or incomplete required documentation – this could delay the processing time of your application.
    

2. Complete the Membership Application form below and upload certified copies of qualifications and all other required documentation as outlined in the membership credentials document.
    

3. Once your application has been submitted it will be sent to the APT(S) membership committee for review. You will be advised of the status of your application within 6-8 weeks.
    

4. Only pay the $50.00 admin fee at this point in time. If your application is accepted, we will ask for the applicable membership fee and upon payment of your membership (within 2 weeks), your membership will be activated and added to the website.
